By booking or using services from Metro Haul Dumpster Rentals ("Metro Haul"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Agreement

Rental fees are due upon booking confirmation. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the agreed pickup date. Extending beyond the standard rental period incurs daily extension fees.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials, batteries, tires, appliances containing Freon, medical waste, and asbestos are prohibited. Additional disposal fees apply for overweight loads.

Placement & Permits

You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster placement location is accessible and does not violate local ordinances. If the container is placed on a public street, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits.
